<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 9 6 5 2 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH SERVICE LEAGUE OF SAN MATEO COUNTY <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />JUL 23 1984 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Service League of San Mateo County has been established <br /> <br /> <br />for the principal purpose of providing short term assistance to persons <br /> <br />recently released from correctional systems and their families in the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS, Service League of San Mateo County has requested financial <br /> <br />assistance for use by it in conducting its activities during the fiscal <br /> <br />year commencing July 1, 1984 and ending June 30, 1985; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said requests and <br />desires to pay to Service League of San Mateo County the sum of Three <br />Thousand One Hundred Fifty and NO/100 Dollars ($3,150.00); and <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council for approval an <br />agreement between the City of Redwood City and Service League of San <br /> <br />Mateo County, and it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br /> <br />approve the same; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />That certain agreement (form dated 6/27/84), by and between the <br /> <br /> <br />City of Redwood City and <br /> <br /> <br />a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br /> <br />to which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is <br /> <br /> <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br /> <br />to execute the same for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />0,1' C, C:" H' <br />.....; ~) '.
