<br />DrB:sh 7/31/84 <br /> <br />improvements designated or mentioned in said <br />agreement, and within the time therein specified, <br />the amount of said security to be One Million <br />Eight Hundred Thirty Six Thousand Twenty Eight <br />and No/100 Dollars ($1,836,028.00), and also a <br />good and sufficient security in a form to be <br />approved by the City Attorney securing the payment <br />by said owners or subdividers of all bills for <br />labor and materials incurred in the construction <br />of any and all said improvement, and the doing of <br />all other work therein agreed to be done by the <br />said owners or subdividers, the amount of said <br />security to be One Million Eight Hundred <br />Thirty Six Thousand Twenty Eight and No/lOO <br />Dollars ($1,836,028.00) <br />(c) That, before the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owners or subdividers shall <br />furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk <br />certificates or policies of public liability and <br />property damage insurance as required by the <br />abovementioned agreement entitled "Agreement for <br />Improvements of Cork Harbour Subdivision," on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />2. Those certain plans entitled "Construction Drawings for <br /> <br />Cork Harbour", "Construction Drawings for Bridge Parkway" and <br /> <br />"Landscape <br /> <br />Plans <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />Cork <br /> <br />Harbour" <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />those <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />specifications entitled "Redwood City Standard Specifications, <br /> <br />August, 1974," and "Technical Specifications for Cork Harbour" <br /> <br />which plans and specifications are now on file in the office of <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works, are hereby approved and adopted as <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />plans <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />according <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />which <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />abovementioned improvements shall be done; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />3. That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and said owners or subdividers, entitled "Agreement <br /> <br />for the Improvements of Cork Harbour Subdivision," a copy of <br /> <br />which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and to which <br /> <br />2 <br />
