The properties for which consent to annex and discharge <br /> <br />sewage into the Redwood City sewage system is given and for which <br /> <br />amends Exhibit "A" of that certain agreement entitled "Agreement <br /> <br />for Sewage Transmission, Treatment, Disposal of Sanitary Sewerage <br /> <br />By and Between the City of Redwood City, The County of San Mateo, <br /> <br />and the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District", dated <br /> <br />August 22, 1983, shall include all the real property situate in <br /> <br />the County of San Mateo, State of California, more particularly <br /> <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />The SOUTHEASTERLY portion of Lots 5, 6, and <br />7, Block 509, "Highlands of Emerald Lake <br />Subdivision Five" filed January 19, 1927 in Book <br />15, Subdivision Maps of San Mateo County, Pages <br />15 through 18, said portions now known as Parcel <br />2 of Parcel Map No. 77-4 filed March 28, 1977 in <br />Book 36, Parcel Maps of San Mateo County, Page <br />1. <br /> <br />3. Pursuant to Paragraph XI of the above cited Agreement, <br /> <br />the City Council hereby approves and authorizes the City Manager <br /> <br />to execute that Supplemental Agreement entitled "Agreement <br /> <br />Sewage Transmission, Treatment, and Disposal of Sanitary Sewage <br /> <br />(Emerald Lake Hills Area) - Supplement No.2" form dated August <br /> <br />1, 1984. <br /> <br />4. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />transmi t a certified copy of this resolution to the County of <br /> <br />San Mateo with a copy to the applicant (being Mr. and Mrs. <br /> <br />3 <br />
