DCB:sh 7/31/84 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. The Council of the City of Redwood City hereby consents to the annexation of the hereinafter described real property to the County of San Mateo's Emerald Lake Hills Area Sewer Maintenance District and consents to the discharge and transmission of sewage wi thin said annexed territory into the Redwood City sewer system subject to all those certain terms and conditions set forth in those certain agreement entitled "Agreement Wastewater Treatment Capacity (Emerald Lake Hills Area)", dated August 18, 1980, by and between the County of San Mateo and the City of Redwood City, and subject further to the condition that the applicable sewer connection fee be paid and, provided, further, that no treatment capacity rights (as defined in the abovementioned agreements) from the City of Redwood City to the County of San Mateo for the use of said property or otherwise reserved or conveyed in connection with said consent shall be transferred. 2. The properties for which consent to annex and discharge sewage into the Redwood City sewage system is given and for which amends Exhibit A of that certain agreement entitled "Agreement Wastewater Treatment Capacity (Emerald Lake Hills Area)", dated August 18, 1980, shall include all that real property situate in the County of San Mateo, State of California, more particularly described as follows: The southeasterly portion of Lots 5, 6, and 7, Block 509, "Highlands of Emerald Lake Subdivision Five" filed January 19, 1927 in Book 15, Subdivision Maps of San Mateo County, Pages 15 through 18, said portions now known as Parcel 2 of 2
