The building at 441 Jackson Street is determined to be a <br /> <br />public nuisance because such building endangers the life, health, <br /> <br />property and safety of the occupants of such building and affects <br /> <br />the neighborhood and persons in the surrounding vicinity of such <br /> <br />structure. <br /> <br />2.
