<br />DCB:sh 8/24/84 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9673 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />AUG 2 7 1984 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR HAWES PARK STORM <br />DRAIN AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS <br />THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for Hawes Park Storm Drain in order to construct a <br /> <br />storm drain from Hawes Park Parking Lot to Redwood Creek; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for this <br /> <br />storm drainage project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications entitled "Redwood City's <br /> <br />Hawes Park Storm Drain", including all plans nd drawings <br /> <br />referenced therein, prepared in the office of the Director of <br /> <br />Public Works and on file in the office of the City Clerk, are <br /> <br />hereby approved. <br />2.
