<br />DCB:sh 8/22/84 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9678 <br /> <br />ORiG\NAL <br />AUG 2 7 1984 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE TO <br />PURCHASE COMPUTER UPGRADE COMPONENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOHS: <br /> <br />1. That pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.76 of the <br /> <br />Code of the City of Redwood City this Council has, on motion duly <br /> <br />made on the affirmative vote of at least five (5) members of said <br /> <br />Council, suspended the requirements of Article VII of Chapter 2 <br /> <br />of said Code relating to the purchase of materials, equipment and <br /> <br />supplies with regard to the purchase hereinafter authorized. <br /> <br />2. That this Council does hereby authorize and direct the <br /> <br />City Manager to purchase the necessary computer upgrading <br /> <br />components under the best terms and conditions for the Redwood <br /> <br />City Finance Department and to complete all documents to purchase <br /> <br />said computer components. <br /> <br />3. That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to sign and deliver to said Department of Finance all documents <br /> <br />required in connection with the purchase authorized herein for <br /> <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />967.8 <br />
