<br />EXHIBIT "B" <br /> <br />VACATION <br /> <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br /> <br />That portion of the public utilities easement being <br />within Lot 30, Block 8 of subdivision map entitled <br />"Farm Hill Number 2, Redwood City, San Mateo County, <br />California," which map was filed in the Office of the <br />Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California <br />on Map 23, 1956 in Book 45 of Maps at pages 20, 21, and 22, <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />1. An Anchor easement across the southeasterly 1.00 <br />foot of the northeasterly 20.00 feet of the <br />southwesterly 51.00 feet of said land <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />2.
