<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />o Beginning September 1, 2007, the City of Palo Alto (PA) will contract with the <br />City of Redwood City (RC) to perform the IT support services for the City of East <br />Palo (EPA) at a rate of $130.00 per hour, not to exceed $20,000. These services <br />will terminate when RC has available staff to perform the IT support services for <br />EPA themselves, or September 30,2007, whichever comes first. <br /> <br />o PA will assist in the training of RC staff, as requested, in order for RC to be able <br />to support EPA. <br /> <br />o PA will provide to RC existing documentation, including, but not limited to the <br />following: administrative passwords for networking equipment and servers, LAN <br />and WAN network diagrams, server configurations, and software license <br />information. Should this documentation not exist, PA will assist in its creation. <br /> <br />o PA will use RC help desk system (HITS) to track issues during the terms of this <br />ag reement. <br /> <br />o PA will work under the direction of RC Information Technology Division. <br /> <br />Agreement over $10K 6 <br />City Attorney Approved Version 111803 <br />
