<br />P~B:djg-c 9/27/84 <br /> <br />improvements designated or mentioned in said <br />agreement, and within the time therein specified, <br />the amount of said security to be One Million Six <br />Hundred Eighty Thousand and No/100 Dollars <br />($1,680,000.00), and also a good and sufficient <br />securi ty in a form to be approved by the City <br />Attorney securing the payment by said owners or <br />subdividers of all bills for labor and materials <br />incurred in the construction of any and all said <br />improvement, and the doing of all other work <br />therein agreed to be done by the said owners or <br />subdividers, the amount of said security to be One <br />Million Six Hundred Eighty Thousand and No/IOO <br />Dollars ($1,680,000.00). <br /> <br />(c) That, before the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owners or subdividers shall <br />furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk <br />certificates or policies of public liability and <br />property damage insurance as required by the <br />abovementioned agreement entitled "Agreement for <br />Improvements of Kentfield Commons Subdivision," on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Those <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />plans <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Kentfield <br /> <br />Commons <br /> <br />Improvement Plans" and "Kentfield Commons, Redwood City, CA" <br /> <br />(Landscaping Plans) and those certain specifications entitled <br /> <br />"Redwood City Standard Specifications, August, 1974," which plans <br /> <br />and specifications are now on file in the office of the Director <br /> <br />of Public Works, are hereby approved and adopted as the plans and <br /> <br />specifications according to which the abovementioned improvements <br /> <br />shall be done; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />3. That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and said owners or subdividers, entitled "Agreement <br /> <br />for the Improvements of Kentfield Commons Subdivision," a copy of <br /> <br />which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and to which <br /> <br />2 <br />
