<br />~WC:djg-c 10/1/84 <br /> <br />ORJG1NAL <br />OCT 1 1984 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />NO. <br /> <br />9709 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT <br />TO AGREEMENT FOR GRADING OF CORDILLERAS HEIGHTS UNIT NO. 4 <br />SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 9458, adopted October <br /> <br />10, 1983, this Council approved the Agreement for the Grading of <br /> <br />Cordilleras Heights Unit No. 4 Subdivision and authorized its <br /> <br />execution by the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Subdivider has requested that the agreement be <br /> <br />amended to allow the work thereunder to be done in two separate <br /> <br />phases, each phase to be bonded for separately; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is willing to allow such amendment as <br /> <br />requested; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Amendment to Agreement - <br /> <br />Grading of Cordilleras Heights Unit No. 4 Subdivision" (form <br /> <br />dated 10/1/84) by and between the City of Redwood City and the <br /> <br />owners of said subdivision, a copy of which amendment is on file <br /> <br />in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br /> <br />hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and <br /> <br />the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9709 <br />
