<br />DES:sh <br />DES:sh <br />DES:sh <br /> <br />10/10/84 <br />11/01/84R <br />Il/05/84R <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9721 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL: <br />NOV 5 1984 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING CHARGES AND FEES, AND TERMS <br />AND CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT THEREOF, RELATING TO <br />CONNECTION TO, AND USE OF, SANITARY SEWERAGE <br />FACILITIES; AND RESCINDING RESOLUTIONS NOS. 7529, 7640, <br />9191, AND ALL OTHER RESOLUTIONS OR PORTIONS THEREOF IN <br />CONFLICT HEREWITH <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Authority. <br /> <br />The charges and fees, and the terms and <br /> <br />condi tions of payment thereof, established and provided herein <br /> <br />are hereby enacted pursuant to, and are implementive of, the <br /> <br />provisions of Article IX ("Charges and Fees" [commencing at <br /> <br />~27.130]) of Chapter 27 of the Code of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Words and phrases used in this resolution which are defined in <br /> <br />said Chapter 27, shall have the meanings respectively ascribed <br /> <br />thereto in said chapter. <br /> <br />2. (a) Service Charges. The following charges are hereby <br /> <br />established and levied upon each premise or any portion thereof <br /> <br />which receives or uses sewerage service from the sewerage <br /> <br />facilities: <br /> <br />(1) Residential. All residential units including <br />single-family, duplexes, multi-family dwellings or <br />structures and similar classes of uses; <br /> <br />Monthly rate effective December 1, 1984 - $8.32 <br />per dwelling unit. <br /> <br />Monthly rate effective December 1, 1985 - $8.48 <br />per dwelling unit. ' <br /> <br />(2) Retail Commercial. Establishments including, <br />but not limited to, office buildings, warehouses, <br /> <br />9 721 <br />
