<br />DES:sh <br />DES:sh <br />DES:sh <br /> <br />10/10/84 <br />11/01/84R <br />11/0S/84R <br /> <br />purpose of the City's contribution to the over-all cost is <br /> <br />to cause the construction of a larger sewer main than would <br /> <br />have been constructed without the City's contribution. This <br /> <br />subdivision shall not be applicable to portions of the <br /> <br />sewerage facilities upon which proceeds from any bonds <br /> <br />issued by or in connection with a general improvement <br /> <br />district are expended. <br /> <br />For purposes of this subdivision, every public <br /> <br />sewer constructed prior to January 1, 1960, shall be <br /> <br />presumed to have been installed at the sole cost of the <br /> <br />adjoining property owners. <br /> <br />The Director of Public Works <br /> <br />shall maintain an accurate record of all public sewers <br /> <br />installed subsequent to January 1, 1960, for the purpose of <br /> <br />establishing a record of those sewers or specific portions <br /> <br />of sewers, which have been constructed at the City's <br /> <br />expense. <br /> <br />In the event two public sewers are installed <br /> <br />adjacent to each other in any public right-of-way, one of <br /> <br />which is installed at the City's expense and the other at <br /> <br />the expense of a subdivider, assessment district, or other <br /> <br />private source, and the Director of Public Works determines <br /> <br />that a connection should be made to the sewer constructed at <br /> <br />the City's expense, the additional fee required by this <br /> <br />subdivision shall not be applicable. <br /> <br />11 <br />
