<br />DES:sh <br />DES:sh <br />DES:sh <br /> <br />10/10/84 <br />11/01/84R <br />11/05/84R <br /> <br />hundred cubic <br />feet of water <br />discharged or <br />deposited in <br />excess of 1000 <br />cubic feet; <br />plus $0.094 per <br />pound of <br />suspended <br />solids <br />discharged; <br />plus $0.115 per <br />pound of <br />biochemical <br />oxygen demand <br />discharged <br /> <br />(b) User <br /> <br />Categories. <br /> <br />The <br /> <br />determination <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />appropriate user category for a particular premise shall be <br /> <br />made by the Director based upon the waste or wastewater <br /> <br />characteristics of such user, including such factors as <br /> <br />biochemical oxygen demand, suspended solids, and volume, <br /> <br />consistent with the categories hereinabove in subdivision <br /> <br />(a) established. <br /> <br />The user category for any particular <br /> <br />premise may be revised, changed or redesignated by the <br /> <br />Director upon a determination by him that the waste or <br /> <br />wastewater characteristics of the user of such premise have <br /> <br />changed in such manner, or to such an extent, as to justify <br /> <br />such reclassification. <br /> <br />Any user, permittee, applicant or <br /> <br />other person aggrieved by a determination of the Director <br /> <br />made pursuant hereto may appeal such determination in <br /> <br />accordance with the provisions of Section 27.162 of the Code <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />6 <br />
