(a) Single Family. For a connection serving a single family residential structure, whether for an original connection or for a reconnection resulting from the construction of a new such structure--$175.00. (b) Duplex. For a connection serving a duplex, or two-family dwelling--$246.00. (c) Multi-Dwelling Unit Structures. For a connection serving any residential structure or group of residential structures on a building site in one ownership, containing a total of more than two dwelling units--$102.00. (d) Volume Charge. To each of the amounts specified in (a), (b), and (c) above, respectively, there shall be added an amount equal to $1.55 Vr (where Vr equals the average volume of waste or wastewater discharged per residential structure, in gallons per day [determined to be 270 gallons per day for single family structures, 220 gallons for duplex structures, and 180 gallons for multi-family unit structures]); provided, however, that said amount shall not be charged with respect to premises to which sanitary sewerage treatment capacity rights have been allocated pursuant to an agreement, resolution or other entitlement specifically so providing and entered into with or approved by the City; provided, further, that the amount of such rights is commensurate with the amount of capacity to be furnished under the connection for which application has been made. (2) Commercial, Industrial Structures. For a connection serving any commercial, industrial, insti tutional structure (including schools, hospitals and churches) or other non-residential structure, there shall be charged a connection fee calculated in accordance with the following formula: 8
