The application for a variance to allow a 43 foot wide <br /> <br /> <br />(from top of flare to top of flare) driveway at 1090 Mills Way, <br /> <br /> <br />heretofore determined to be in conformity with the purposes of <br /> <br />Article II Chapter 29 of the Redwood City Code - to secure public <br /> <br /> <br />safety, and to promote substantial justice - is hereby approved. <br /> <br />3. The Director of Public Works is hereby authorized and <br /> <br /> <br />directed to implement the provisions hereof and to take all <br /> <br /> <br />necessary steps to insure compliance herewith. <br /> <br />4.
