<br />DCB:sh <br />DES:sh <br /> <br />11/29/84 <br />12/10/84R <br /> <br />capacity allocation previously purchased by the County (0.50 <br /> <br />mgd); and, further that said annexation shall be applied to <br /> <br />Redwood City's present sewer treatment capacity allocation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Paragraph XI of the Agreement provides that <br /> <br />made by written agreement supplemental to the Agreement; <br /> <br />revisions, alterations and amendments to the Agreement may be <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />1. The Council of the City of Redwood City hereby consents <br /> <br />the Emerald Lake Heights Area Sewer Maintenance District and <br /> <br />to the annexation of the hereinafter described real property to <br /> <br />consents to the discharge and transmission of sewage within said <br /> <br />all those certain terms and conditions set forth in that certain <br /> <br />annexed territory into the Redwood City sewer system subject to <br /> <br />agreement entitled "Agreement for Sewage Transmission, Treatment <br /> <br />Redwood City, the County of San Nateo, and the Emerald Lake <br /> <br />and Disposal of Sanitary Sewerage by and between the City of <br /> <br />Heights Sewer Maintenance District", dated August 22, 1983, by <br /> <br />and subject further to the condition that the applicable sewer <br /> <br />and between the County of San Mateo and the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />connection fee be paid; and provided, <br /> <br />further, that said <br /> <br />annexation shall not change or affect in any way the present <br /> <br />treatment capacity allocation previously purchased by the County <br /> <br />(0.50 mgd); and provided, further, that said annexation shall be <br /> <br />2 <br />
