<br />....GM:djg-c <br />2B:sh <br /> <br />8/9/83 <br />12/17/84R <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9757 <br /> <br />ORIGI NAL <br />DEe 1 0 1984 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR PROTECTION OF UNDERGROUND FACILITIES OF <br />C I'l'Y <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an Agreement has been presented to the City <br /> <br />pursuant to which the City will be advised by Money talk <br /> <br />Publishing, Incorporated of those persons, firms, corporations <br /> <br />and other entities intending to excavate, drill, blast or <br /> <br />demolish buildings within the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />such <br /> <br />notification <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />Money talk <br /> <br />Publishing, <br /> <br />Incorporated will minimize or eliminate damage to the City's <br /> <br />underground facilities and the interruption of its services to <br /> <br />the public; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain Agreement entitled <br /> <br />"Participa ting Member <br /> <br />Agreement," a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of <br /> <br />the CIty Clerk, to which copy reference hereby made for full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute the same for and on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9757 <br />
