<br />DCB:sh 12/14/84 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9763 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />DEe 1 '7 1984 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REJECTING ALL BIDS FOR TWO 3/4 TON PICKUP <br />TRUCKS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 9730 adopted November 5, <br /> <br />1984, the City Clerk called for bids for purchase of two 3/4 ton <br /> <br />pickup trucks; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, bids were received for the <br /> <br />purchase of said equipment and filed with the City Clerk; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, bids were received which deviated significantly <br /> <br />from adopted specifications relating to engine size, weight <br /> <br />capacities, utility bodies, and rear wheels and as a result, it <br /> <br />is the desire of this Council to reject all bids; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1.
