<br />SWC:sh 9/19/85 <br /> <br />OroG\NAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10018 <br /> <br />SEP 2 3 1985 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND TRI <br />STATE ENGINEERING COMPANY, RELATING TO PLAN CHECKING OF <br />SEAPORT CENTRE PHASE II PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires checking of plans <br /> <br />and all relevant documentation for Seaport Centre Phase II <br /> <br />Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage Tri <br /> <br />State Engineering Company, Redwood City, California, to perform <br /> <br />such checking which shall include, but not be limited to, plans, <br /> <br />specifications, <br /> <br />estimates, <br /> <br />soils report~ parcel maps, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />preparation and/or review of documentation relevant to the <br /> <br />project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Tri State Engineering Company has represented to <br /> <br />the City that it is experienced and qualified to perform all of <br /> <br />the abovementioned services as further described in the proposed <br /> <br />agreement therefor; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />Ci ty and Tri State Engineering Company, entitled "Agreement - <br /> <br />Seaport Centre Phase II Plan Checking" (form dated 9/19/85) a <br /> <br />copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> <br />which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10018 <br />
