<br />73-01B <br /> <br />WMAM-~DA:rb 09/17/85 17c <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1 0 02 1 <br /> <br />ORiG\NAl <br /> <br />SEP 2 3 1985 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR SEALED PROPOSALS AND <br />FIXING LIQUIDATED DAMAGES FOR FAILURE TO <br />COMPLETE THE WORK WITHIN TIME SPECIFIED <br /> <br />SEAPORT BOULEVARD ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br /> <br />RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />California, that <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Council did, on the 4th day of February, 1985, <br /> <br />adopt its Resolution of Intention No. 9795 to order, among other things, <br /> <br />the construction of certain improvements, together with all <br /> <br />appurtenances thereto; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Council did on the 23rd day of September, 1985, <br /> <br />adopt its Resolution No. <br /> <br />, A Resolution of Intention to Make <br /> <br />Changes and Modifications in those certain proceedings being conducted <br /> <br />by said City pursuant to said Resolution of Intention No. 9795, wherein <br /> <br />it did preliminarily approve those certain plans and specifications <br />entitled "Plans and Specifications for the Seaport Boulevard Landscape <br /> <br />Project" prepared by Roberts Associates, dated August 26, 1985, copies <br /> <br />of which are on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to <br /> <br />publish once a week for two weeks in the Redwood City Almanac, a <br /> <br />newspaper published and circulated in said City, a notice inviting <br /> <br />sealed proposals or bids for the construction of said improvements and <br /> <br />referring to the plans and specifications on file in the office of said <br /> <br />Clerk, the first publication of which notice shall be at least fourteen <br /> <br />(14) days prior to the time fixed for opening bids. <br /> <br />10021 <br />
