<br />SWC:sh 9/11/85 <br /> <br />OR\G1NAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />l002;J <br /> <br />SEP 2 3 1985 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND CONSENTING TO ASSIGNMENT OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS {GREENHOUSE <br />GARDENS) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />This Council hereby approves and cons~nts to the assignment <br /> <br />to Greenhouse Garden Partners, a California general partnership, <br /> <br />of all rights and responsibilities of Greenhouse Garden (Redwood <br /> <br />City) Homes, Ltd. under that certain agreement between the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City and said Greenhouse Gardens (Redwood City) Homes, <br /> <br />Ltd., subject to certain conditions. <br /> <br />The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City, that certain agreement entitled <br /> <br />"Assignment of Agreement for the Improvement of Greenhouse Garden <br /> <br />Subdivision" (form dated 9/10/85). <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10023 <br />
