<br />DES: 10/17/85 <br /> <br />APN 058-040-110 (Moerman, Gerald E. & B.J.) <br />APN 058-040-120 (Fischer, Ira & Carol) <br />APN 058-040-140 (Maxwell, Lydia) <br />APN 058-040-150 (Mussio, Everett P. & Rose V.) <br />APN 058-040-610 (Ferrando, Gina) <br />APN 058-040-600 (Horning, Klaus E. & Beverley A. ) <br />APN 058-040-210 (Egan, Raymond C. & Donna) <br />WHEREAS, the above-referenced real property is located <br /> <br />within City's Sphere of Influence as determined by the San Mateo <br />County Local Agency Formation Commission pursuant to Government <br />Code Section 54774; and <br />WHEREAS, as one of the conditions to consenting to <br />annexation of the above-referenced parcels of real property to <br />district, City requires that the owners of said parcels consent <br />to annexation to City in the event proposals for such annexation <br /> <br /> <br />to City may occur; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the foregoing requests <br /> <br />for annexation to district and is willing to consent to said <br /> <br /> <br />annexations in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />1. This Council hereby consents to the annexation of the <br /> <br />hereinafter described real property to the Oak Knoll Sewer <br /> <br /> <br />Maintenance District subject to all terms and conditions of the <br /> <br /> <br />Services Agreement and to payment of all appropriate sewer <br /> <br /> <br />connection fees and other charges. <br /> <br />2 <br />
