<br />DES:sh 10/17/85 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT "II" <br /> <br />ANNEXATION AGREEMENT <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT entered into this day of <br />19___ by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California ("CITY") and <br />("OWNER") ; <br /> <br />WIT N E SSE T H : <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, OWner owns all that certain real property situate <br /> <br /> <br />in the County of San Mateo, State of California, more <br /> <br /> <br />particularly described in Exhibit hereof, attached hereto <br /> <br /> <br />and by this reference incorporated herein (the "Property); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Property is located wi thin City's Sphere of <br /> <br /> <br />Influence as determined by the San Mateo County Local Agency <br /> <br />Formation Commission pursuant to Government Code Section 54774; <br /> <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. <br />1985 by the Council of Redwood City <br /> <br />adopted October 21, <br />consent was granted to <br /> <br />annexation of the Property to the Oak Knoll Sewer Maintenance <br /> <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, as a condition to said consent to annexation to <br />said District, OWner was required to evidence consent to <br /> <br /> <br />annexation to City and waiver of protest to such annexation in <br /> <br /> <br />the event the Property were to be proposed for annexation to <br /> <br /> <br />City; and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Owner desires to evidence such consent and waiver <br /> <br /> <br />as aforesaid; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; the Parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1. Consent. In the event the Property shall be proposed <br /> <br />for annexation to the City of Redwood City Owner hereby consents <br />
