<br />73-01E <br /> <br />WMAM:P[ rb 10/14/85 l7c <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />10044 <br /> <br />OCT 2 8 1985 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS <br /> <br />SEAPORT BOULEVARD ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br /> <br />RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />California, that <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No.1 002 Obf this Council <br /> <br />ordering same, adopted on September 23, 1985, notice has been duly given <br /> <br />of the intention of this Council to change and modify the proceedings <br /> <br />under Resolution of Intention No. 9795, adopted on February 4, 1985; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />persons interested appeared or filed <br /> <br />written protests against said proceedings or any part thereof and all <br /> <br />persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard, and <br /> <br />all matters and things pertaining to said changes and modifications were <br /> <br />fully heard and considered by this Council; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that: <br /> <br />1. All protests and objections be, and they are hereby, <br /> <br />overruled. <br /> <br />2.
