<br />DCB:sh 10/31/85 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. 1 0061 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />NOV 4 1985 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />ROOSEVELT AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT UTILITIES <br />SERVICES CONVERSION; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL <br />FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />contract documents and specifications for Roosevelt Avenue <br /> <br />Reconstruction Project Utilities Services Conversion; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for bids for <br /> <br />the performance of such work; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain contract documents and specifications <br /> <br />entitled "Contract Documents and Specifications For Roosevelt <br /> <br />Avenue Reconstruction Project Utilities Services Conversion, City <br /> <br />of Redwood City," on file in the office of the Director of Public <br /> <br />Works, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the performance of such work in accordance <br /> <br />with the bid documents therefore, said advertisement to be in the <br /> <br />form of that certain "Notice to Bidders" set forth in the <br /> <br />abovementioned bid documents. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10061 <br />
