<br />D~B:sh 11/06/85 <br /> <br />NOV 1 8 1985 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10065 <br /> <br />C.l~;!"'l;r'r'L <br />. ~j 's..~(.~'~ ''.in <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF A PUBLIC STREET <br />(ROBART STREET) AND RETENTION OF A PUBLIC SERVICE <br />EASEMENT AND WIRE CLEARANCE EASEMENT IN THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH PART 3 OF DIVISION 9, <br />STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 (commencing at <br /> <br />~8300) of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the <br /> <br />State of California, the Council of the City of Redwood City by <br /> <br />its Resolution No. 10042, adopted October 21, 1985, declared its <br /> <br />intention to vacate the hereinafter described portion of a public <br /> <br />street (Robart Street) and reserving a public service easement <br /> <br />and wire clearance easement hereinafter described; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said provisions of the Streets and <br /> <br />Highways Code, notice of intention to vacate the hereinafter <br /> <br />described portion of Robart Street while reserving a public <br /> <br />service easement and wire clearance easement has been published <br /> <br />and posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held and evidence taken; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Council of the City of Redwood City finds that the <br /> <br />hereinafter described portion of a public street (Robart Street) <br /> <br />is unnecessary for present or prospective public purposes and <br /> <br />hereby orders said portion of public street vacated while <br /> <br />reserving a public service easement and wire clearance easement <br /> <br />as described in Exhibit "A". <br /> <br />UOG~ <br />
