<br />DrB:sh 11/06/85 <br /> <br />NOV 1 8 1985 <br /> <br />10066 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING A PEDESTRIAN WALKWAY AND RETENTION <br />OF 15 FOOT PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT BETWEEN "E" AND "F" <br />STREETS IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH <br />PART 3 OF DIVISION 9, STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />Or".... ..........'.': <br />l\,i.;il fUlL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 (commencing at <br /> <br />~8300) of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the <br /> <br />State of California, the Council of the City of Redwood City by <br /> <br />its Resolution No. 10043, adopted October 21, 1985, declared its <br /> <br />intention to vacate the hereinafter described pedestrian walkway <br /> <br />between "E" and "F" streets while reserving a public service <br /> <br />easement hereinafter described; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said provisions of the Streets and <br /> <br />Highways Code, notice of intention to vacate the hereinafter <br /> <br />described pedestrian walkway and reservation of a 15' public <br /> <br />service easement has been published and posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held and evidence taken; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Council of the City of Redwood City finds that the <br /> <br />hereinafter described pedestrian walkway is unnecessary for <br /> <br />present or prospective public purposes and hereby orders said <br /> <br />pedestrian walkway vacated while reserving a 15' public service <br /> <br />easement as described in Exhibit "A". <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The <br /> <br />pedestrian walkway <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />vacated <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />reservation of a 15' public service easement are as indicated on <br /> <br />-",I . <br />lUObu <br />
