<br />DCB:sh <br />DCB:sh <br /> <br />11/08/85 <br />ll/12/85R <br />NOV 1 8 1985 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10076 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE <br />AGREEMENT FOR LAND ADJACENT TO EASTER CROSS PROPERTY <br />FOR A COMMUNICATIONS SITE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 10030, adopted October 14, <br /> <br />1985, this Council approved and authorized the bid documents <br /> <br />relating to the leasing of approximately 400 square feet of <br /> <br />property adjacent to Easter Cross Property, more particularly <br /> <br />described hereinafter, for a communications site and authorized <br /> <br />the City Clerk to advertise the lease of said property in <br /> <br />accordance with Section 3~ of the Charter of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said call for bids, one bid was <br /> <br />received; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />approve the aforementioned lease agreement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement <br /> <br />entitled, <br /> <br />II Lease Agreement <br /> <br />Communications Site" (form dated 10/24/85) by and between the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City and Gencom, Inc., a copy of which agreement <br /> <br />and the associated legal description of leased real property are <br /> <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk to which copy reference <br /> <br />is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved; <br /> <br />and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute said <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10076 <br />
