Those certain final maps of Parcel Map No. 85-12 and No. <br /> <br />85-13 in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Brian, Kangas, <br /> <br />Foulk & Associates for Lincoln Property Company, No. 388, Ltd., a <br /> <br />California <br /> <br />limited partnership, <br /> <br />owner of <br /> <br />record of <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />subdivisions, heretofore determined by the Director of Public <br /> <br />Works as being in conformity with the tentative maps for these <br /> <br />subdivisions, are approved, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) That, before the release of said final maps by <br />City for recordation, the owner or subdivider of <br />said subdivisions shall enter into and execute <br />that certain proposed subdivision agreement on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled <br />II Agreement for the Improvement of Parcel Maps <br />85-12 and No. 85-13," wherein the owner or <br />subdivider, in consideration of the approval of <br />said maps by the City, shall agree to construct <br />and complete, in the time specified in said <br />agreement, all grading, paving, curbs, cutters, <br />sidewalks, sanitary sewers, storm drainage system <br />and other improvements required of owner under the <br />provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City <br />of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations <br />of said City, and such other improvements <br />designated or mentioned in said agreement and/or <br />set forth in the plans and specifications for the <br />improvement of Parcel Maps 85-12 and No. 85-13 on <br />file in the office of the Director of Public <br />Works. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />That, <br />City <br />shall <br />Clerk <br /> <br />before the release of said final maps by <br />for recordation, the owner or subdivider <br />furnish to the City and file with the City <br />a good and sufficient security in a form to <br /> <br />J.. <br /> <br /> <br />,) <br />r.) <br />
