<br />(a) The recordation of the diagram and assessment as <br />confirmed by the Council in the office of the Superintendent of Street <br />of the City; <br /> <br />(b) <br />recordation of <br />Recorder: and <br /> <br />The filing of the assessment diagram <br />the notice of assessment in the office of <br /> <br />and the <br />the County <br /> <br />(c) The City Finance Director as Collection Officer making <br />the list of unpaid assessments identical in form to Exhibit "A" hereof <br />and filing same with the Treasurer. <br /> <br />Section 25. Certified Copies. The City Clerk shall provide a <br />certified copy of this Resolution to the Treasurer who shall take such <br />action as shall be necessary to assure compliance by the City with the <br />terms and conditions hereof.
