<br />75-138 <br /> <br />WMAM:PDA:rb 12/02/85 17c <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />10105 <br /> <br />DEe 1 9 1985 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PAYMENT OF FUNDS <br /> <br />SEAPORT CENTRE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br /> <br />RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br /> <br />California, that <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk an Engineer's <br /> <br /> <br />Statement of Cost of Acquisition of Improvements executed by the <br /> <br /> <br />Engineer of Work under Resolution of Intention No. 10072, adopted by <br /> <br /> <br />this Council on November 18, 1985, certifying that all of the <br /> <br />improvements to be acquired pursuant to said Resolution of Intention <br /> <br /> <br />have been done and performed in full compliance with plans and <br /> <br />specifications therefor contained in the Engineer's Report adopted by <br /> <br /> <br />this Council pursuant to said Resolution of Intention; and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Engineer of Work's Statement of Cost of Acquisition <br /> <br /> <br />of Improvements has been approved by the Director of Public Works of <br /> <br />this City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1. That the amount of $9,916,703,41, comprised of the items and <br /> <br /> <br />amounts all as more particularly shown on Exhibit "An hereto attached <br /> <br /> <br />and by reference incorporated herein be paid to SEAPORT CENTRE VENTURE, <br /> <br />a California General Partnership, in accordance with the provisions of <br /> <br /> <br />that certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Acquisition of Certain <br /> <br /> <br />Improvements" dated September 26, 1985, by and between the City of <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood City and Seaport Centre Venture, a California General <br /> <br />l -) D 5 <br />
