<br />DCB:sh 1/10/85 <br /> <br />O D J (~ l:"'\l <br />h J: . .. ~J.. <br />JAN 1.1 198~ <br /> <br />--------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />!!.Q.9770 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND RIPLEY <br />ASSOCIATES RELATING TO CIVIC CENTER FEASIBILITY STUDY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City plans expansion and alteration of the Civic <br /> <br />Center; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City desires to engage Ripley Associates to perform <br /> <br />a feasibility study, including, but not limited to determination <br /> <br />of project site(s), the project scope, and the project budget; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City requires the feasibility study to <br />establish building programs (projected through the year 2000) for <br /> <br />the Library, City Hall and Police Department, to test the <br /> <br />building programs in alternative combinations of reconstructed, <br /> <br />remodeled and new buildings in order to evaluate program <br /> <br />functions, and establish development budgets, and to develop an <br /> <br />overall plan of functional uses, building configurations, open <br /> <br />space and parking for each alternative; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ripley Associates has represented to City that it <br /> <br />is uniquely qualified and experienced to perform all of the <br /> <br />services referred to in this Agreement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and Ripley Associates, entitled "Agreement For Feasibility <br /> <br />9770 <br />
