EXHIBIT "An a) The acquisition of property necessary for the widening of Seaport Boulevard from East Bayshore Road to the southerly boundary of the property of the Ideal Basic Industries, Inc., the acquisition of property necessary for the construction of a storm drainage retention basin and pumping station along the easterly side of Seaport Boulevard from Blomquist Street to Chesapeake Drive and the improvement of Seaport Boulevard from East Bayshore Road to a point 400 feet, more or less, northerly of Seaport Court by clearing, grubbing, excavation and grading and the construction therein of base, pavement, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, medians, bike paths, traffic control devices, street signs and pavement markings, underground serviced street lighting facilities, surface and subsurface storm drainage facilities, where required, the modification to an existing sewage force main in Seaport Boulevard together with the construction of additional sewage force main facilities, the adjustment of existing service utility facilities to finish grade, the undergrounding of existing overhead electrical transmission and distribution facilities and communication transmission and distribution facilities, the installation of casings crossing under the railroad tracks of the Southern Pacific Transportation Company together with the installation of necessary electrical, natural gas, water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and telephone facilities therein, the construction of a traffic signal system at the intersection of Chesapeake Drive and Seaport Boulevard together with the construction of underground conduits and pull boxes for future traffic signal systems at the intersections of Seaport Boulevard with Blomquist Street and Seaport Court and the installation of landscaping, including irrigation and sprinkler systems, where required, from u.S. Highway 101 to a point 400 feet, more or less, northerly of Seaport Court. b) The construction of railroad crossing facilities at Seaport Boulevard and Chesapeake Drive including crossing gates, lights, standards, signing, striping and marking, and traffic signal interconnect and preempt facilities including underground conduits and pu11boxes. c) The acquisition of all lands, easements and rights of way and the performing of all work auxiliary to any of the above and necessary to complete the same.
