<br />SWC:sh 2/1/85 <br /> <br />0'),,,,'" ^L <br />nJuL vt-l <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9800 <br /> <br />FEa <br /> <br />4 1985 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AMENDMENT TO MORTGAGE PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT (CITY <br />BOND AND MORTGAGE CORPORATION AND MITSUI MANUFACTURERS <br />BANK) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 9700, adopted October 1, <br /> <br />1984, this Council approved an agreement by and among the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, City Bond and Mortgage Corporation and Mitsui <br /> <br />Manufacturers Bank, in connection with the City's Housing <br /> <br />Rehabilitation Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the United States Department of Housing and Urban <br /> <br />Development, funding source for the Rehabilitation Program, has <br /> <br />requested that the Agreement be amended in several particulars; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the parties to the Agreement have reviewed the <br /> <br />proposed changes and find them acceptable; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an <br /> <br />amendment to said Agreement, and it is the desire of this Council <br /> <br />to approve said amendment and to authorize its execution; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain amendment to the Mortgage Participation <br /> <br />Agreement <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Amendment <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />Mortgage <br /> <br />Participation <br /> <br />Agreement" (form dated 2/1/85), a copy of which amendment to <br /> <br />9 800 <br />
