<br />DCB:sh <br />DCB:sh <br /> <br />2/06/85 <br />2/11/85R <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />9805 <br /> <br />rt.B 11 1985 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ALL NECESSARY <br />DOCUMENTS TO AMEND THE AGREEMENT FOR RESERVATION ACROSS <br />REAL PROPERTY AT 4147 JEFFERSON AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City entered into an Agreement <br /> <br />dated May 5, 1975, as recorded in the Official Records Volume <br /> <br />6848, Pages 217-219 of the Recorder's Office, San Mateo County, <br /> <br />California, with the subdividers of certain real property <br /> <br />adjacent to Jefferson Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City received as part of that Agreement <br /> <br />reservation for future street purposes, a strip of land adjacent <br /> <br />to and parallel with Jefferson Avenue right-of-way in addition to <br /> <br />a strip of land adjacent to Godetia Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is now evident the reservation is no longer <br /> <br />needed, particularly along Parcel "B" of Parcel map 74-l2; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The City Manag-er and City Clerk are hereby authorized to <br /> <br />execute any documents necessary, including but not limited to, <br /> <br />quit claim deed and amendment to the original agreement, to amend <br /> <br />the Agreement between the City and Subdividers or their <br /> <br />transferees of the subject property as described in Exhibit "A" <br /> <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9805 <br />
