<br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, DETERMINED and ORDERED, as <br />follows: <br />1. All of the owners of more than 60% in area of the property <br />subject to assessment for said proposed acquisitions and/or improvements <br />have filed with the City Clerk of this City a written petition for the <br />acquisition and/or construction of improvements pursuant to appropriate <br />special assessment and assessment bond acts, without further compliance <br />with the provisions of Division 4 of said Streets and Highways Code. <br />2. Said proceedings for the acquisition and/or construction of <br />said improvements shall be had pursuant to the Municipal Improvement Act <br />of 19l3, Division 12 of said Streets and Highways Code, and the bonds <br />upon the unpaid assessMents thereof shall be issued pursuant to the <br />Improvement Bond Act of 19l5, Division 10 of said Streets and Highways <br />Code. <br /> <br />3.
