<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />a) The acquisition of property necessary for the northwesterly <br />extension of Sagina~ Drive to a point 950 feet, more or less, <br />northwesterly of th~ intersection of Saginaw Drive and Penobscot <br />Drive and the acqui~ition of clearing, grubbing, grading, fill, <br />base, pavement, cur~s, gutters, sidewalks, driveway openings, street <br />monuments, street signs, striping, median islands, traffic control <br />devices, surface and subsurface storm drainage facilities, including <br />mains, manholes with manhole frames and covers, catchbasins, <br />laterals and drop iinlets, sanitary sewer mains, manholes with <br />manhole frames and covers, laterals and cleanouts, street lighting <br />facilities, underground electrical power distribution and service <br />facilities, underground communication transmission and service <br />facilities, natural gas transmission and service facilities, water <br />mains, valves, tees, fittings, hydrants and services in Chesapeake <br />Drive, Saginaw Drive, Penobscot Drive and Galveston Drive. <br /> <br />b) The acquisition of sanitary sewer pump stations generally located at <br />the intersection of Penobscot Drive and Saginaw Drive and at the <br />northeast corner of Assessor's Parcel No. 054-32l-l00 adjacent to <br />Galveston Drive together with sanitary sewer force mains from the <br />pump station first hereinabove mentioned in Saginaw Drive to <br />Chesapeake Drive r~nning thence in Chesapeake Drive to Galveston <br />Drive and from the sanitary sewer pump station second hereinabove <br />described in Galveston Drive to Chesapeake Drive thence to Seaport <br />Boulevard. <br /> <br />c) The acquisition of .a storm drainage pump station together with all <br />appurtenances thereto generally located 200 feet, more or less, <br />westerly of Penobsqot Drive and 250 feet, more or less, northerly of <br />Galveston Drive together with a storm drainage force main from said <br />pump station running thence westerly to Redwood Creek. <br /> <br />d) The acquisition of property necessary for the construction of flood <br />protection devices and the acquisition of flood protection devices <br />including levees, walls, dikes, rip rap slope protection, <br />reinforcement of electrical transmission tower legs and footings to <br />accomodate said flood protection devices, the acquisition of <br />landscaping, including irrigation and sprinkler systems, where <br />required, along the exterior boundary of Parcel A and Parcel B as <br />shown on that certain Parcel Map entitled "'Amended Map' Parcel Map <br />No. 82-l" recorded in Volume 55 of Parcel Maps at Pages 5, 6 and 7, <br />San Mateo County Records. <br />
