<br />DCB:sh 2/21/85 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9809 <br /> <br />FEa 2 5 1985 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR OAK <br />AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING CITY <br />CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for Oak Avenue Reconstruction Project in <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for said <br /> <br />project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain plans and specifications entitled "Oak <br /> <br />Avenue Reconstruction Project 1985" including all plans and <br /> <br />drawings referenced therein, prepared in the office of the <br /> <br />Director of Public Works and on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
