<br />5. The local public improvements proposed to be maintained and <br /> <br />operated are shown on a map prepared by the consulting engineering firm <br />of Brian, Kangas, Foulk and Associates entitled "Map of Proposed Seaport <br /> <br />Centre Maintenance District Easements and Facilities", dated January, <br /> <br />1985, and <br /> <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, and are generally <br /> <br />described as: <br /> <br />All <br /> <br />of the following public improvements and <br /> <br />appurtenant <br /> <br />facilities which are located within public easements but not including <br />those public improvements and appurtenances which are located in public <br />streets or in streets dedicated to the public, consisting of: <br /> <br />(1.) Levees. Any and all levees for the protection of the <br />Seaport Centre project from inundation, any and all <br />retaining walls, and any and all outboard rock slope <br />protection facilities necessary for erosion control <br />together with any and all appurtenances to any of the <br />above now existing or hereafter to be constructed in <br />or for said Seaport Centre project. <br /> <br />(2.) Storm Drain System Improvements. Any and all surface <br />and subsurface storm drainage facilities, including, <br />but not limited to, storm drain pump stations, storm <br />drain mains, manholes with manhole frames and covers, <br />and inlets and catch basins together with any and all <br />appurtenances to any of the above now existing or <br />hereafter to be constructed in or for said Seaport <br />Centre project. <br /> <br />(3.) Water Facilities. Any and all water facilities, <br />including, but not limited to, water mains, valves, <br />tees, hydrants, services, meters and meter boxes, <br />together with any and all appurtenances thereto now <br />existing or hereafter to be constructed in and for <br />said Seaport Centre project. <br /> <br />(4.) Sanitary Sewer Facilities. Any and all sanitary <br />sewer facilities, including, but not limited to, <br />sanitary sewer mains, manholes with manhole frames <br />and covers, cleanouts and laterals together with any <br />and all appurtenances thereto now existing or <br />hereafter to be constructed in and for said Seaport <br />Centre project. <br /> <br />16-001 <br /> <br />-3- <br /> <br />02/07/85 <br />
