<br />02/l3/85 25c <br /> <br />STATBJlBlft' OF ASSESS_1ft' FORMOLA <br />SEAPORT CBR'l'RB MIlft'ENANCB DISTRI~ <br /> <br />The formula to be used for the purpose of computing and levying <br />the annual benefit assessments against the several lots and parcels of <br />land within the Seaport Centre Maintenance District, for the purpose of <br />raising money to pay for the costs and expenses of maintaining and <br />operating certain public improvements which benefit said lots and <br /> <br />parcels, including the costs and expenses incidental thereto, is as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />The entire cost of annual operation, maintenance, <br />replacements, or betterments is to be levied against and be <br />borne by Assessment Parcels one (1) through seventeen (l7), <br />inclusive, as shown on that certain map entitled .Proposed <br />Boundary Seaport Centre Maintenance District", filed in the <br />office of the City Clerk on January 24, 1985, on the basis <br />of the area that each Assessment Parcel bears to the total <br />acreage of all Assessment Parcel s. The area of each <br />Assessment Parcel and the total acreage of all Assessment <br />Parcels shall not include any area which represents lands <br />owned in fee simple by a public corporation or any public <br />streets in use or to be used in the performance of a public <br />function. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />
