<br />SWC:sh 3/7/85 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. This Council does here~y approve an Amendment to the <br />Agreement between the City of Redwood City and Henry Kramer, dba <br />Econo-Tree for tree removal and t~ee pruning, 1984-85, so as to <br />allow for a total contract pric~ not to exceed Seventy-Seven <br />Thousand and No/lOO Dollars ($771,000.00): an increase in said <br />Agreement of Twenty-Seven Tqousand and No/lOO Dollars <br />($27,000.00). All other ter$s and conditions of the <br />aforementioned Agreement, includi~g the hourly rate of Sixty-two <br />and No/lOO Dollars ($62.00) shall remain in full force and <br />effect. <br />2.
