That those certain assessments more particularly set forth in <br /> <br /> <br />Exhibit "B", be, and they are hereby, ordered reduced as more <br /> <br />particularly set forth in Exhibit "B" hereto attached and by reference <br /> <br /> <br />incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> <br />3. That the total project cost be increased from $5,590,342.00 <br /> <br />to $6,336,286.64, less estimated interest earnings during construction <br /> <br /> <br />of $124,100.00 and the balance to assessment be increased from <br /> <br /> <br />$5,466,242.00 to $6,212,186.64. <br /> <br /> <br />4.
