<br />DCB:sh 4/4/85 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 9 846 <br /> <br />APR 8 1985 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND <br />TRI-STATE ENGINEERING COMPANY AND JOHN HEINDEL, <br />RELATING TO PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION AND <br />INSPECTION SERVICES FOR SEAPORT BOULEVARD <br />RECONSTRUCTION AND ASSESSMENT DISTRICT PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redood City requires certain <br /> <br />consulting services on a continuing basis relating to contract <br /> <br />administration and inspection services for the Seaport Boulevard <br /> <br />Reconstruction and Assessment District Project: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage <br /> <br />Tri-State Engineering Company and John Heindel, Redwood City, <br /> <br />California, to perform such consulting services which shall <br /> <br />include, but not be limited to, public works administration and <br /> <br />inspection services: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Tri-State Engineering Company and John Heindel <br /> <br />have represented to the City that they are experienced and <br /> <br />qualified to perform all of the abovementioned services as <br /> <br />further described in the proposed agreement; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Tri-State Engineering Company and John Heindel <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Agreement <br /> <br />Consulting <br /> <br />Public <br /> <br />Works <br /> <br />Contract <br /> <br />Administration and Inspection Services <br /> <br />Seaport Boulevard <br /> <br />Reconstruction Project and Assessment District" <br /> <br />(form dated <br /> <br />3/26/84) a copy of which is on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />9 ti4 6 <br />
