<br />DCB:sh 4/4/85 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />APR 8 1985 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. 9 849 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND BRIAN, <br />KANGAS, FOULK AND ASSOCIATES, RELATING TO ENGINEERING <br />SERVICES FOR SEAPORT CENTRE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redood City requires certain <br /> <br />engineering services relating to the Seaport Centre Assessment <br /> <br />District: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage <br /> <br />Brian, Kangas, Foulk & Associates, Redwood City, California, to <br /> <br />perform such engineering services: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Brian, <br /> <br />Kangas, <br /> <br />Foulk <br /> <br />& Associates <br /> <br />has <br /> <br />represented to the City that it is experienced and qualified to <br /> <br />perform all of the abovementioned services as further described <br /> <br />in the proposed agreement; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Brian, Kangas, Foulk & Associates entitled <br /> <br />"Agreement - Engineering Services" (form dated 3/19/84) a copy of <br /> <br />which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby <br /> <br />approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9849 <br />
