<br />All laws applicable to the collection and enforcement of said ad <br />valorem property taxes shall be applicable to said special benefit <br />assessment levy, and the assessed lot or parcel of property, if sold <br />for taxes, shall be subject to redemption in the same manner as such <br />real propertv is redeemed from the sale for ad valorem property taxes, <br />and if not redeemed, shall in like manner pass to the purchaser. <br /> <br />7. That the exterior boundaries of the Seaport Centre <br />Maintenance District are shown on a map on file in the office of the <br />City Clerk entitled "Proposed Boundary Seaport Centre Maintenance <br />District", dated January 1985, and said property is more particularly <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />All that certain real property situated in the City of <br />Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, <br />being Parcels 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, la, 11, and 12 as <br />shown on that certain map entitled "Seaport Centre <br />Subdivision of Parcel A 'Amended Map' of Parcel Map No. 82- <br />1" which map was filed for record in the office of the <br />County Recorder of the County of San Mateo on August 31, <br />1984 at Volume 112 of Subdivision Maps at Pages 4, 5, and <br />6. <br /> <br />8. That the City Manager hereby is directed to maintain the <br />portion of the public improvements and appurtenant facilities described <br />as "Levees" under paragraph 3 of this resolution in a condition and to <br />such standard as the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) may <br />prescribe from time to time, which standard as a minimum shall include <br />inspection not less frequently than bi-annually by a registered <br />engineer. <br /> <br />9.
