<br />DCB:sh 2/15/85 <br /> <br />APR 22 1985 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. 9 863 <br /> <br />ORlGlNAl <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AMENDMENTS TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY AND REIMER ASSOCIATES FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR <br />ROOSEVELT AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 9725, adopted November <br /> <br />5, 1984, the City of Redwood City entered into an agreement with <br /> <br />Reimer Associates for engineering services for Roosevelt Avenue <br /> <br />Reconstruction Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City desires to amend that agreement to include <br /> <br />engineering services and associated costs for the underground <br /> <br />house connections for residential dwellings and commercial units <br /> <br />along Roosevelt Avenue and provide for additional time to <br /> <br />complete the engineering services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Those certain amendments to the agreement by and between the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City and Reimer Associates, entitled "Amendments <br /> <br />to Agreement for Engineering Services for Roosevelt Avenue <br /> <br />Reconstruction Project", a copy of which is on file in the office <br /> <br />of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for <br /> <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby amended, and the City Manager <br /> <br />is hereby authorized and directed to execute said amendments to <br /> <br />the agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9863 <br />
