<br />Dr~:djg-c 5/2/85 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 9 R 7 ~3 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND WHITMORE, <br />KAY AND STEVENS RELATING TO LEGAL SERVICES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires the specialized <br /> <br />legal services to complete labor negotiations; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage the <br /> <br />partnership of Whitmore, Kay and Stevens, Palo Alto, California <br /> <br />to perform such services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented to this Council for <br /> <br />its approval for Whitmore, Kay and Stevens to provide the above <br /> <br />referenced services to City; <br /> <br />NOVI, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and Whitmore, Kay and Stevens entitled "Agreement For Legal <br /> <br />Services" <br /> <br />(form dated 5/2/85), attached hereto, is hereby <br /> <br />approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to execute said agreement, with attestation by the City Clerk, <br /> <br />for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9873 <br />
