RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 9901 OH\G\Ni\L RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF PARCEL MAP NO. 85-7, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: I. That certain final Parcel Map No. 85-7 in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Civil Engineering Associates for Design and Engineering Systems, Inc., owners of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the Director of Public being in conformity with the tentative map for this

<br />DCB:sh 6/4/85 <br /> <br />securi ty in a form to be approved by the City <br />Attorney securing the payment by said owners or <br />subdividers of all bills for labor and materials <br />incurred in the construction of any and all said <br />improvement, and the doing of all other work <br />therein agreed to be done by the said owners or <br />subdividers, the amount of said security to be <br />Thirty Two Thousand Five Hundred and OO/IOO <br />Dollars ($32,500.00). <br /> <br />(c) That, before the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owners or subdividers shall <br />furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk <br />certificates or policies of public liability and <br />property damage insurance as required by the <br />abovementioned agreement entitled "Agreement for <br />Improvements of Parcel Map No. 85-7," on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />2. Those certain plans entitled "Improvement Plan for <br /> <br />Fuller, Allerton, <br /> <br />and Bradford Street" <br /> <br />and those certain <br /> <br />specifications entitled "Redwood City Standard Specifications, <br /> <br />August, 1974," which plans and specifications are now on file in <br /> <br />the office of the Director of Public Works, are hereby approved <br /> <br />and adopted as the plans and specifications according to which <br /> <br />the abovementioned improvements shall be done; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />3. That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and said owners or subdividers, entitled "Agreement <br /> <br />for the Improvements of Parcel Map No. 85-7," a copy of which is <br /> <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk and to which reference is <br /> <br />hereby made, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
