<br />DCB:sh 6/20/85 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9916 <br /> <br />JUN 24: 1985 <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR PARKING LOT RESURFACING PROJECT <br />1984-85 AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS <br />THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />contract documents and specifications for parking lot resurfacing <br /> <br />project for the Parking District Lots No. IV and VI during fiscal <br /> <br />year 1984-85; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for said <br /> <br />lot resurfacing project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain contract documents and specifications <br /> <br />entitled "Contract Documents and Specifications for Resurfacing <br /> <br />of Parking Lots IV & VI 1984-85, City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />California" including all documents and drawings referenced <br /> <br />therein, prepared in the office of the Director of Public Works <br /> <br />and on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />call for bids as called for in the abovementioned contract <br /> <br />documents and specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9916 <br />
